Chrisitans and Allies Affirm Holy Relationships for Homosexuals and Heterosexuals:The Holy Relationships Midwest Regional Conference, October 19-21, 2006, Iowa City, IA, invites people of faith and people of goodwill to gather for three days of conferencing on the subject of Holy Relationships. The conference will offer two keynote addresses by Dr. Rita Nakashima Brock and the Rev. Dr. Mel White, two general sesssions, including leadership from the Rev. Ruth Garwood (UCC Coalition National Coordinator), and Chris Glaser, M.Div. (best-selling gay author), as well as other leaders in the Midwest. Thirty workshops to choose from, as well as storytelling and strategy for positive proactive solutions in the Midwest! Info at: www.holyrelationshipsmidwest.org. Registration is $150 for the whole conference. This includes access to all events, one lunch, and daily refreshments. Discounted rates are available for students ($100) and those registering in a group of 4 or more ($115/each). Donations to help provide scholarships to the conference are appreciated.
